Pros

30 days of vacation per year, GI Bill

Cons

Basically everything, theres lots of terrible leadership the pay sucks and you are gone all the time, joining is the worst mistake ive ever made. Do well in school go to college and avoid the army at all cost. The National Guard or Reserves should be your only consideration.

Pros

Federal holidays Tuition Assistance 1% of your job you will enjoy

Cons

Join a civilian agency and make real money. Be treated right actually have free time in your life and receive real training don’t waste your time. You probably will never get to use your leave until you are three years in even then it will be difficult to get approved. The list of cons goes on forever
