The Navy is the Navy. Glassdoor is not the place to do research on the Navy. Go watch Caine Mutiny, Midway (the old one), and Final Countdown (not joking).

Cons

Extremely hierarchical. Very bureaucratic. Innovation is not typically an option. Ideas are not wanted from people who have not 'paid there dues'. Get ready for a timewarp back to 2000 for connection speed and latency of IT systems.
