Pros

The benefits are good, decent pay with special pays included etc... There are no other pros. Will take advantage of you every opportunity possible.

Cons

Contstantly on the move, no work/life balance. Your work is your life. Terrible locations (but definitely better than other services). Terrible management and personnel retention. Too beaurocratic and getting worse. Awful senior enlisted leadership, mixed officer leadership. Majority of enlisted personnel that stay-in, stay because they have no other options are are completely incompetent (with few exceptions to the rule).
