The best things about working in the Navy are the overall benefits package, the camaraderie, and the Travel (If you like travelling)

Cons

The problems with the Navy are the same as any large bureaucracy, its hard to get any thing done. Other problems include; way to old fashion, slow advancement, low pay, low education level, and a ridiculous advancement system.
