      - See the world - Feel a real sense of responsibility. - Learn to work with a VERY big team - Learn to work with a VERY small team (small work center) - Amazing future connections & opportunities (so long as you do a good job while in the service)

      Cons

      - Health deterioration - Micromanagement - No free time on deployments - Too much free time on deployments (there are days where it's hurry up and wait) - Sacrificing seeing your family and friends for long periods of time

      Pros

      It was a good experience to have had - but like most things in the military - good chance you could have a supervisor or your supervisors supervisor that is not a great person. My supervisors were great. People above them - 3-star admirals and above - as well as some SES civilians were not great at all.

      Cons

      There was a reason I lived at work - because it was expected that one both worked that much and needed to be on that short of a leash.
