ability to work on various types of projects with different tech stacks/use cases. This is opportune if you are newer and looking to get your feet wet in multiple areas while seeing what you would like to specialize in. - tuition payment for graduate schooling (must be a STEM degree from a supported institution)

Cons

-Environment depends on the department you are in. Some departments are more warm vs others could be high stress. leadership is also very department specific and base leadership is very conservative,
