Pros

Could be semi-dynamic workspace if individual wishes so. There are a lot of group activities, that you can be a part of.

Cons

Very chaotic system of promotions. Leadership positions are changing constantly, making it difficult to establish some king of functional working environment. Also, people promoted are usually far from being most appropriate. Salary politics is also not consistent. If you are Sales and working with business clients, you can count on salary increase if you are successful. Other positions have rather poor salaries.
