      Job safety (you can work here until retirement). International mobility.

      Cons

      Strategy of the bank changes with the seasons and trends. Low work-life balance (and overtime not compensated). Incompetent, but vey influential HR making or breaking your career, as well as deciding on your raises/compensation, with rampant nepotism and favoritism. Non-responsive management (speak up culture promoted, but no one actually listening).
