Pros

Satisfying quality job, good working environment, supportive colleagues, work-life balance.

Cons

Sallary is not competitive compared to peers, management does not care, but rather communicates you can leave, if you have issues with your deflated wage...

Pros

Very good benefits package: 3 medical providers to select from( Medicover, Regina Maria, Medlife), 3 extra free days fron the Union, very strong Union, free day for each public holiday în a weekend, 25 vacation days for work experience >10 years, 4200 RON on Benefit platform.

Cons

No salary enreases or very small( 3%) every 2-3 years. Small and limited( only for a numeroase of people, even if there are a lot more that perform). Teama are under sized, so you could do the job of 2-3 people. Your activities are not always limited to your job description.
