Pros

Complex and flexible environment which allows you to experiment roles and responsibilities 13th salary, performance bonuses

Cons

As a developer, the growth opportunities may be limited - not the most recent technologies. If you are a junior - technical couching may be missing, and this would make the experience much challenging
