Pros

good banking benefits (though they used to be better) extra days of time off

Cons

toxic culture and bad management in 95% of the cases (they cut all the mid-management lines a few months back, people are still not assigned to actual teams or remaining managers are overloaded and can't/don't care about their stuff). no longer having clear career opportunities. changing processes very often sometimes maybe with the aim of blocking projects (and have savings) no admin rights and can't install what is needed neither through tickets to IT bad laptops (they overheat) with a lot of company bloatware (incl. employee monitoring software), even worse VDIs every action taken is done only to save some money and announce a new quarter of "great results" but all projects or investments are stopping. travel is restricted because some US based Indians C managers to travel to italy and back and budget must not be spent for the mortals
