Pros

Good work conditions, good financial situation, good future perspectives and also a friendly environment.

Cons

To few training courses for the new technologies, hiring a lot of people for management positions without relevant experience.

Pros

Regulated working hours and a good salary. You are also fully insured and there are many great perks and benefits available to workers.

Cons

Office culture is a bit dull and also rigid. Ideas take a while to make it to the top of the company and given the state of UniCredit financially, many ideas are kind of unwanted as they are too expensive
