      Pros

      The London office has employees from all over the world and they are intelligent, friendly and want to do business. Their international offices, especially the former HVB branches, are (generally) also very pro-business minded and professional.

      Cons

      Italian management, in general, is inconsistent and unreliable and the domestic Italian business appears to still be a mess (systems, processes, workflows and overstaffing)

      very friendl and good environment opemn mindset international set up constant assistance from supervisrors and traders fully recommended to go for it

      Cons

      If you do your master while working here might be very time consuming in light of the 10 hours per day required. But for full time job the work life blalance is very god.
