      Young environment, all benefis of big company, flexibility on working hours and vacations. Smart workiing option

      Cons

      Old business model, unforgivable for an IT company, careers not well defined and polically driven instead of merit driven. Small opportunities of growth for strong technical profiles

      Career opportunities both within the bank and in the associated companies. Several bonus pay systems. Social policy towards the employees - loans with low interest rates.

      Cons

      Low salaries. A lot of overtime that does not get payed.
