Pros
Good working environment with a good work/private life balance. Complex environment, from an IT point of view, with many different systems. So, for an IT auditor, the work done is never enough. International environment.
Cons
a bit too "stiff" and bureaucratic , and "slow". not enough meritocracy, perhaps too many "dinosaurs". now top management is trying to shrink and "put on diet" the whole bank, so there is high attention to costs and for the first time work places are at risk.
