If you are a person who is not ambitious and would just focus on your work with very easy and laid back atmosphere, UniCredit is the company. Work is very relaxed.

Cons

No growth. So much of politics involved. Even managers do not have much in their hand. Everything is driven from Top hierarchy and the management is simply really bad.
