Pros

Working for UniCredit Group was an excellent experience to participate in international projects. The initiatives to share innovative ideas and to learn from other countries' creative solutions made the work in marketing truly inspiring.

Cons

Some of the workflows went really slowly taking into account the various cultural aspects of the subsidiaries in different countries (eg. new website development). Sometime decision making was too political.
