      - Colleagues are helpful. - Good Office Location in Munich

      Cons

      - No Career growth - False Promises from Direct Managers. - No Talent based promotion but rather 'loyalty' based - Micromanaging Managers. - Fairness is just a Corporate term. Most managers are from Italy even though German branches are substantially big. - Provided working hardwares are dirt cheap. - Cost cutting is everywhere.
