Europe wide job opportunities, carrier opportunities to the certain level. Good health package and absolute heavy english usage - helps to improve for non-native english speaker. very flexible working hours.

Cons

slightly discriminative towards italians, basically the HR drives the whole company, good connections to top level Italian managers vital to get opportunities - only to speak italian is not enough!
