Good company, but no career prospectives

Pros

Good Work-Life balance, easygoing people, many coffee breaks, lots of benefits for the employees (gyms, discounted tickets for concerts, discounted shopping/tourism, children care, medical care, low interest rate on loans and bank account free of charge etc)

Cons

No career advancing opportunities, even if there are lots of programs for further education of young employees. Very hard to go up if you start working as a junior there. Many times they just pick an external consultant to be the new CEO
