Not much projects. You can get forgotten and not work for almost 1 year. A colleague had this experience.

Big italian bank. Very safe job. Average salaries with other italian banks. It is at the same time italian and international.

Cons

I cannot see big cons. Comparison with US investment banks sees much lower bonuses but much higher job safety.
