good job, good opportunity, chances to work abroad in east europe and good management. in italy the group is the most important bank.

Cons

you have to work a lot in particular after work you have a lot of things to do. the group is only present in europe and not in other continent

Good and quality bank, good products to sell

Cons

Leaders, especially in Head Office, which are all "above you" if you are in the country, which are all "more smarter than you", and "more powerfull" than you. You must shut up and execute. Only that.
