Pros

The holding has an International ambience and mostly all english speakers, the fairly up-to-date technology, new HQ.

Cons

Some old fashioned Italian mentality seeps through day-to-day activities. Interns not hired very often as externals but internals are given preference.

Depressing Company

Pros

Benefits and easy work hours. An easy work environment where you can be lazy and get away with it. Great for people with no career ambitions.

Cons

No career advancement. Real salary increases do not occur due to poor performance of the company. Management does not manage and likes to avoid issues. Actions do not match words.
