Nice place to work - New York Branch

Pros

Nice area, nice office, nice people, and good benefits - health insurance, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, etc. They have lunch and learns, employee seminars, and exco lunches from time to time. Management is working hard to engage employees and improve strategic business plans.

Cons

As a small bank which has experienced reduction in recent times, morale is down. There is a lot of work to be done and sometimes it appears that more employees are needed. The New York branch is often left behind, there is not even a dedicated section on the website that highlights New York's services.
