Pros

Autonomy and innovation. In same departments there are real global environment. Quite good benefits but not yet comparable with other European banks.

Cons

There are too many cobs as: Meritocracy and carrier path. Poor top management vision. Needs to refresh a lot of management.

Pros

A good place to gather solid banking experience. It gives a possibility to lateral moves within organization, working in different units, fields and levels. Good training package.

Cons

Well, it seems that employees are the last group of interests among all their stakeholders. The Senior Management Staff put a lot of attention to costs cutting projects, polices and in consequence a service quality suffers a lot.
