      Pros

      Very collaborative environment, excellent work life balance, decent compensation package, smart people, chance to have an international career if you want to work in Eastern Europe.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic firm, limited career advancements due to the importance given to seniority rather than meritocracy, people were not very motivated.

      Salary compeitive (like in most banks) Located in Munich in comparision to all other banks which are in Frankfurt Big corporation with many opportunities

      Cons

      More and more controlled from Italy Italians don´t understand corporate business (Unicredit is a retail bank) More and more benefits are cut
