Pros

Depends a lot on the Department and the Italian manager Workload varies a lot again, depending on your team. Good Remote only 2 days/week in the office. Good career safety by comparison with outsourcing companies. Pay also was quite mid, even low, but in this market remained the same, so is mid now, in some cases even good mix of above.

Cons

Way of working is quite old Waterfall, and the culture is not ideal. Lots of calls which can become annoying and not very productive. Depends a lot on the Department and the Italian manager Workload varies a lot again, depending on your team. not much promotions, if any. similar with pay, less than inflation. old technologies, innovations slower than other banks. italian centricity.
