Developing knowledge in (a lot) administrative and finance, skills in retail sales, Fare benefit program and vacation terms, physically easy job. There is some career path if you are interested in the field and correlate with company policies

Cons

The routine can be really emotionally tough, in both, relations with customers and colleagues (depends on how nice and helpful collegues you happen to have, in my case, I'm moderately satisfied. Salary is very close to fast food places (wins only due to benefits)
