      Some employees are very knowledgeable, opportunity to learn from them.

      Cons

      The management is chasing quarterly results, no focus on long term success of the company. Constant reorganization, the only strategy is cutting costs (number of employees), no clarity to employees on their future. Employees overworked, underpaid and disrespected.
