A large company, part of a international group that provides a lot of opportunities including cross-country assignments. Good remuneration package with a long list of benefits.

Cons

Not well organized inside in terms of procedures and communication. Company culture on paper is not well implemented in practice. Base salaries need improvement. There is not a regulated way for salary increase such as e.g. yearly with the inflation rate or similar. It is done upon management decision on an ad hoc basis.
