Pros

Flexible working hours, salaries ok, undefined contracts (as opposed to some competitors), highly automated processes, lot of career options within the bank, new modern building is being built, strong union, subsidized lunch, competent health center.

Cons

Rather negative changes recently, the situation of the employees working in Vienna is still unclear. Rumors about a possible sale. After the CEE spin-off Bank Austria might become an austrian bank instead of an international bank. The average age of the employees is rising as there is no new in-flow of fresh graduates.

Pros

GOOD PLACE to start as intern, cool colleagues and good culture. you have a complete view of the bank business and the key drivers.

Cons

too burocracy, management does not take into consideration the team projects. and there is no clear responsability split among different teams
