Great team leader. Great location. Great Projects. Perfect mission.

Cons

Unorganized internally. Onboarding was almost non-existent, and very informal. Took a long time to get acclimated with unnecessary barriers to be 'in the know' and produce timely effective work. General lack of internal processes and systems within the team to be productive.
