* amazing mission * diverse colleagues * interesting work

* horrendous HR * no clear career path and professional development opportunities * often terrible and even abusive leadership * MANY colleagues are on temporary contracts which makes securing stable, long-term employment very challenging; in essence, it's a two-tier system
