Pros

The benefits are good, and it is very prominent employer to have on your resume. You will also meet people from all over the world, and the organization does take good care of their employees.

Cons

wish they did tuition reimbursement though. FIling taxes as self-employed and relying on the people in the tax office can be dreadful. But that goes with just about anything you would try to get done there, and it all goes back to the inflated bureaucracy that it is. The way US citizens have to file and pay their taxes is a huge PITA!

Cons

- Politics can be a serious issue for career advancement, It is one reason why some people are unhappy and doesn't seem to be something that can be resolved.
