Pros
Company is growing so there are lots of opportunities for self development. Company provides regular communication,listen to and consider new ideas , and continuously encouraging growth,both personally and professionally. Company understand work life balance and actually respect that. You get work with top thought leaders and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interest. This place you can call home where in many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for other. Special thanks to facilitate management for providing such healthy and cleaned physical environment and the food being served is test like home made food and nicely served.
Cons
No company is perfect. While we grow ,there are things that are evolving such technology and formalizing procedure etc that comes along with any growing company.its important to not hung up on what is wrong,but to focus on what is happening that is right and progress in action that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at perfectionist. Hence as off now no cons.
