Pros

Unlimit is global fintech company that’s growing fast and investing a lot in technology. The company is currently building a large IT Hub in Serbia, which creates good opportunities to be part of something big that’s still evolving. You get real experience working in an international environment — collaborating with people from different countries and often switching between different languages. Strong team with experienced professionals, so it’s easy to learn from others and exchange knowledge. There’s a decent level of ownership: you can take initiative, lead things end-to-end, and actually see results. If you’re proactive, you can influence how things are done and improve processes. The office in Belgrade is modern and comfortable, with great panoramic views. Сompetitive salary and the good pack of benefits: private health insurance, FitPass, corporate lunches, and a budget for learning and development.

Cons

Since the company operates across multiple time zones, communication can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when working with teams in other regions.

Working at Unlimit has been a positive experience. The company operates in a fast-growing fintech space, which gives employees exposure to innovative payment solutions and global markets. The work environment is dynamic, and there are good learning opportunities, especially in sales, partnerships, and business development roles. Team members are supportive, and managers encourage ownership and initiative.

Cons

The pace can be fast, and expectations are high, which may feel challenging for some employees. Since the company is growing, processes and priorities can sometimes change quickly.
