      - Great and friendly team of professionals to work with - Familiar toolkit to perform daily operations and duties - Possibility of remote cooperation - Competitive salary

      Cons

      - Little info on current company overall progress in it's predefined business destination. - Poor variety of bonuses apart from salary Laid off personnel knew about this firing decision regarding them "out of the blue" and no proper explanations were given, because C-level management just throwed it massively in the face one day and we still can only guess the reason of this reductions.

      Hire and fire culture — employees can be terminated at any time, regardless of performance ratings. No clear long-term vision or goals from leadership. Management lacks transparency and decision-making skills; terminations often feel random and unjustified. Continuous fear among employees about layoffs, which destroys morale and productivity. Favoritism exists — career growth depends more on personal connections than actual skills or performance. Lack of proper support for developers; newly hired employees are often let go within months.
