      As a growing company, Unlimint has resource constraints compared to larger, more established firms, which impact the availability of tools, support, or infrastructure. The business is extremely compliance-oriented and even the smallest misconduct is not tolerated.

      I have seen a lot of pros:- - Competitive salary. - Stakeholders always pay regards and appreciate the hard work. - Beautiful office, delicious multi-cuisine food offered by the company, In house chai, evening snacks etc. - Fun Friday activities. - Each department has a proper ticketing system for any concern, which provides more satisfaction. - Annual review process, proper system to set your goals, meetings with manager, 2 times performance rating and finally appraisals on the basis of performance.  - Amazing global-minded team members. - Products in multiple techs like PHP, Go, Java. - Have seen the Growth of this company which is amazing and appreciable.

      Cons

      cons:- - No hybrid work. - 5 days working from office. - Should introduce some more tax benefit plans like fuel expenses, car lease policy etc.
