Good technologies, enough time for tasks, profitable business-side. Good benefit pack, good salary, good opportunity to proffessional grow. Corporate culture is pretty good (Saint-P office). Good work-life balance, overtimes is not available.
Cons
Company in period between startup and stable big business - some transformations into management, processes, structures.
