Pros

Good benefits. A company for growth. If you like being part of a company that operates in a start up growth mode this is a great place. Greatest coworkers I’ve had. Every colleague was helpful in some way.

Cons

Their "diversity" definitely isn't in leadership. There are a couple bosses on the Enterprise side that are just not that good. If some of poor management's changed they might be a 4 star. If you get a offer from either one of them, I suggest you continue to keep looking.

• The firm was both professional and objective. • Communicates frequently and welcomes new ideas and suggestions. • The firm's staff is accommodating and give access to diverse and meaningful projects/tasks. • Recognizes quality work. • Offers flexible working arrangements and time. • The firm is aware of the importance of work-life balance • Really well-organized and unexpectedly enjoyable

Cons

As a result of the firm's current growth, it has naturally slowed down and grown more bureaucratic.
