      It was a good place in the past. Hr tech is interesting as it can meaningfully impact people’s lives

      Cons

      Current micro economic situation has made it extremely difficult to operate. It seems like the company had over hired and now finding it difficult to operate in a financially viable way, Engineering culture is ok. Lower your expectations if you are coming from any tier 2/3 level tech companies. Don’t join if you are from tier 1 tech firm.
