      Pros

      They have great benefits, most teams are super friendly and collaborative. Lots of diversity initiatives. They talk the talk but also walk the walk.

      High volume, super stressful and lots of burn out

      The positive and supportive envirnment across the sales team is tremendous. Upwork works hard to provide you with the knowledge and support to do your job so that you are in the best position to succeed.
