It's an awesome place to work again
Pros
1. It's a really cool business - forward looking, growing - I am still here after over five years, and I have had no dearth of offers from other places in the area 2. Socially conscious business and company, I feel warm and fuzzy whenever I talk to our customers think we changed their lives, or that we are indispensable to their business 3. Free Food, Comp for gym, really fun environment, 4. A management team that is approachable and open to feedback 5. HR team that's authentic and truly cares about our happiness and culture A note about the some of the other reviews, I know there are comments below about teams being political, I see that as a result of a merger between companies that were previously competitors. Mergers are hard, but the leadership did a great job of pulling the company out of the doldrums and we are an effective, open, no nonsense company again. I have seen the political issues magically disappear with changes in leadership and the team - so take the below reviews with a grain of salt.
Cons
The only con I can think of (if you care) is that we have a highly distributed team. It's part of our culture - I love it, you might not. It's a personal preference.
