New Leadership Needed

Pros

Very little pros- unless you came from career builder you have zero chance for promotions or growth opportunities.

Cons

You have to belong in the inner circle of leadership. People are promoted without truly having the experience, skills or aptitude but continue to advance because of who they know.

Too much restructuring

Pros

Fully remote work with interesting projects

Cons

Too many layoffs and too much chasing the "shiny object"; including specific people allowing for a very dysfunctional workplace where talent isn't rewarded but favoritism is.

Pros

Company has a solid mission of bringing economic opportunities to freelancers all over the world.

Cons

Leadership is all over the place with setting and executing against goals. Employees thrown in situation without and context and having to "figure it out". Career path unclear and comps underwhelming compared to competitors.
