-Pay is not good, nearly everyone works below market standards. That's why no one stays long-term. Everyone always talk about leaving as soon as they find a better job. It creates a demotivating environment.
-It's male dominated. Not enough women are in upper management. Maybe they don't like successful and capable women.
-Growth opportunities are limited. People work for years to earn a small promotion. Management don't care if you aspire for a career, and doesn't allow you to gain necessary skills to get there. Leaving people with no long-term goals, eventually people get bored and quit.
-Company culture is oldschool, not very suitable for younger generations. Creative ideas and remote work are looked down upon.
-Location is not good, and office is badly designed. There wasn't even a coffee machine when I first started. I understand the building is shared with another company, making facilitation a complex issue. However, VFS employees deserve a more resourced office.
