- 100% salary on probationary period - Managers and colleagues are nice and friendly - Works are easy to do and get used to

Cons

- Nothing much to learn from - You couldn't expect any further promotion here either. Not because of the policy but because this job is repetitive, already a well-built process that made employees work like a machine.
