      Working at VFS Global is awful

      Pros

      Get to learn more about the immigration procedures and the industry sector. Learn new skills if you are a fresher Friendly work colleagues 2 day Weekend

      Cons

      Too much Workload and visa applications to take care of, which makes the stress levels go up to whole another level especially in the peak season Whenever I don’t feel well, the managers or other staffs forces me to come to work regardless of it. The work environment in this company is very toxic, when you have high workload and toxic staffs (for instance, sometimes they would give more files to complete form filling). This in which makes me not want to recommend anyone to work at VFS Global
