      I feel valued, supported and empowered by VFS Global. Company provides access to training courses which helps me to improve my skills and continuously learning. I like the diversity of VFS Global as well.

      Cons

      As VFS Global has a huge customer base. I need to work long hours during peak season.

      - yearly steady salary increment (depended on yearly performance review) - yearly Bonus (Depended on department global scale & company revenue) - Very friendly environment and cooperative colleagues. - high emotional intelligence from line manager and city manager - semi-flexible working hours - constant training and support on taking corsuses that will grow employee productivity

      Cons

      - very long approval process - heavy stream of requests on department with little support for streamlining with Ops team - Medical Insurance Grade is something to be desired for
