      I have spent more than 4 years in VFS Global Indonesia, it is big pleasure for me since I got a lot experince and growing up as an great employee.

      A lot of birocration and multi system.

      Pros

      Great environment to work, everyone is friendly, I don't see the gap between senior and junior staffs. Our superior door are always open if we want to have a discussion.

      Cons

      I'm working based on project, where the working time can be more flexible, sometime even working on weekend, but we still need to do time stamp like regular office hour or VAC staffs.
