      Pros

      -Lots of opportunities to grow. -Stability and job security. -Guarantied work-life balance. -Salary-always on time. -Amazing training and further training opportunities. -Relocation and traveling opportunities. Working within your office environment provides a great opportunity to be learning from key members of the business. It also puts you in recent memory of leaders who may be thinking about expanding their team or promoting key talent which is good for your growth within the business.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but a big focus is needed and for this company it is required a higher level of business understanding and responsibility!
